11 Months...

Where has time really gone? I can't believe that my little baby is almost one! She seriously melts my heart.
She is fully walking now and loves to follow Olivia everywhere now.
She has five teeth in and two more that will be breaking through soon.
She is a nightmare when teething. She is whinny and sick and not herself at all
She loves to dance to music
She gives kisses
She will still cuddle with me and lay her head on my shoulder
She doesn't know how to go down the stairs yet and that causes a lot of frustration for her
She is sleeping a million times better but is still in the basement room
She loves table food
She drinks mostly whole milk now
She has no fear of anyone. She'll go up to anyone and let them hold her and she just stares at them.
She doesn't like the shopping cart very much {you can't tell by this pic below}
She is seriously one of the happiest most smiley babies I know.
She makes the funniest face, she scrunches her nose up and squints her eyes. The picture below is the only picture I have been able to get of her doing it.

CHRISTmas...

We had a wonderful Christmas...
Our Christmas card we sent out

CHRISTmas Day..
We had a more relaxed Sunday which was nice..
The girls didn't wake up until 8:30 which was really nice.
Here are Amelia's presents
Olivia's presents
Christmas morning before seeing what Santa brought
Opening the first present
We didn't get quite the reaction from Olivia as we had hoped for with her presents. She loved them all but I thought for sure that she would be ecstatic about her jeep. She likes it but I think she is a little intimidated by it when driving it.

T.J. got an Ipad of his own
It was really nice to be able to attend church on Christmas day. The program was wonderful and our Bishop did a great job of inviting the spirit into the meeting. I loved being able to feel the spirit and think about the true meaning of Christmas.
I tried to hard to get a picture of the girls in their church outfits before church but I didn't succeeded and so here is an individual of each of them and they aren't that great.
Christmas night we went to my parent's house and had a great tasty dinner and opened more presents. It was a crowded Christmas this year at my parent's house, Everyone was there! My Nephew just returned home from his mission and my little sister came up with her family. The total count including kids was 42 people. CraZy huh? I love it!

CHRISTmas eve..
We had a very busy Christmas eve this year. Grandpa Tom & AK's house for breakfast and presents at 9:00. We always have so much fun at their house on Christmas. Olivia loves playing with all the little kids and Amelia was loving all the attention that she got. She would go to anyone and let them hold her. T.J's grandparents are so generous every year and they spoil everyone.

We then headed to see T.J.'s dad and grandparents, Peggy and Joe.
We had more food and presents and spent some quality time with them. Neither of the girls are looking in this picture but it was the best one. Jeff thought it was a good idea to hand his sandwich over to Amelia. Yes she loved it! That girl loves her food. After some pool and chatting we headed to Farmington.

T.J.'s mom and dad have dinner and a little Christmas program at their house with his siblings. We had ate a lot of yummy food again. They did a lesson for the kids about Jesus and santa that was really good. The adult kids played deal or no deal which was fun and entertaining.

By the end of the day we were all so exhausted and ready for bed...

The Temple Lights...

We went down to the Temple lights with T.J.'s family and it was beautiful, as it always is. It was so nice to see all the lights and nativities that were there. All the work that goes into making the temple grounds so beautiful and inspiring . We weren't able to stay long because we had tithing settlement we had to get back to but the time we did spend there was great. Both the girls were wonderfully behaved the whole time and Olivia loved the animals in the nativities.

Gingerbread houses & Christmas cookies

We made sugar cookies twice in December! First with Olivia's friends and then with Grandma Call and cousins. She loves everything about making cookies. From rolling the dough out, using the cookie cutter, frosting the cookie and then eating them. I love that she is at the age of wanting to do fun little things that she enjoys.

Olivia helped make her very first gingerbread house! I pretty much put it together and she decorated it with all the pretty candy. She had a blast making it with her friends and then she enjoyed eating all the candy off the rest of the month.

Girls...

Here are the girls ready for church on Sunday in their coordinating outfits.
Amelia turned 10 months this month.
She started taking steps about 4-10 at a time
She was banished to the basement T.V. room to sleep in her pack in play. We couldn't handle the no sleeping thing anymore.
She is sleeping somewhat better. Only waking up a few times a night and staying awake or crying for about 5-10 minutes.
She started saying Momma and mom { no dada yet} hehe
She has improved with Physical therapy and only has about a 5 % tilt now

Olivia is becoming quite the big sister.
She loves to color and paint.
She doesn't like to look at the camera ever!
She loves to be naked! She will strip down to her panties at any opportunity she gets. Not only is this done at home but pretty much anywhere. I keep telling her that it isn't modest to be naked and that we should keep our clothes on but it doesn't phase her.
She still loves all things pretty
She is a bully to Amelia
She doesn't listen to anyone
She is as sweet as can be

Thanksgiving...

This was the first time in five years that we had Thanksgiving at my parent's house. Since T.J.'s parents moved up north again we are able to alternate holidays a little more easily. We had a wonderful meal! My mom made these cute cake balls that are little Turkeys for the kid's table. We had way to much to eat and had a great time with all the company. Amelia loved the food as well and all Olivia wanted to eat was the deserts. I know it's past Thanksgiving but I'm Thankful for all my family (including T.J.'s family) We are truly blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives that love, support, encourage , and set a great example for us. My girls are so lucky to have grandparents that are around to love them and spoil them. I'm grateful for T.J. and his friendship, love, support and patience with me. I couldn't get through life without him and his example. I've been blessed with wonderful, healthy, and beautiful girls that brighten my day. They absolutely melt my heart.

Viva LAS VEGAS!

We headed down to Vegas at the beginning of November with our friends and no kids! We stayed at Caesar's Palace thanks to our friend's dad. It was nice to get away for a weekend and spend time with the hubby but I don't see myself going to Vegas anytime soon. Well I'll be back to visit my sister and her family but not the strip. The weather was unusually cold and rainy while there which was kinda a bummer. We did get some good shopping in and the boys had fun golfing and of course I ate way to much! I didn't take my camera with me and left all the picture taking up to my sister Audrey and so I don't have any pictures from the trip yet besides a few.
