These two crack me up! They have the funniest friendship, one minute they are yelling and mad at each other and the next they are buddies playing princess and Indiana Jones. They have both developed quite the imagination and I just have to giggle when I hear them playing. Trae comes over to our house every other week and they get to play for a few hours. They are funny because they always want me to take a picture of them with my phone. So they got on the chair and were totally posing for the camera! It was so cute and hilarious! I'm so happy that Olivia has such cute and wonderful little friends that she is able to play with.<br />TJ & Hanna Robertshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05002415906943325039noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5830434585598585042.post-10501641567840991372012-06-25T17:10:00.002-07:002012-06-25T17:12:57.214-07:00SLC Half... Ogden Half...<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I finished my second half marathon in April. I ran the SLC half with two of my sisters and two brother in laws. I wasn't sure what to expect since none of us had run this race before and didn't have any experience with it. Since I had only run one half before this one and it was 3 1/2 months after Amelia was born I wasn't sure how it was going to go. I had high hopes that all the training would pay off and that I could beat my last time. I enjoyed the race except the mile long hill at the end. I felt like I was running so slow at the end. I felt really good through out the race, much better than the first half I did where I felt like I was going to poop my pants or throw up at any second for the last three miles. My legs were tired but besides that I felt pretty good. I came in at 1:39:36 which is 18 minutes better than my last time. I was thrilled and felt like I had accomplished a big goal of mine. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
A month later I ran the Ogden Half Marathon which is my favorite { I know I don't have a lot of experience with other races} I love that it is in my hometown and that there are so many people there to help volunteer and support. The race is absolutely beautiful with the dam and canyon to run by. I really wanted to push myself this race and beat my last race time. I felt really good until mile 11 and then I hit a wall. I felt like my legs were going to stop at any moment. I wanted so badly to run faster but I couldn't get my legs to go. I was thinking that my time could be at least four minutes faster by how I was running but then I hit the wall. I ended up coming in at 1:37:08 which was still really good for me and I was happy with my run. I love running and to accomplish something that seems so distant and impossible at one time is awesome! I love that I get to train with such awesome girls and run races with them. I 'm so proud of them and their accomplishments. I have the cuttest sisters and friends to share it with. I'm also so grateful for TJ the most wonderful supportive husband I could ask for. He supports me in my races and training and knows that I have such a great love for running. Thanks babe! </div>

I had a wonderful Mother's Day. I didn't have to change one diaper or wipe one bum. TJ took care of the girls which was really nice. I wish I would have gotten pictures of my mom and mother in law but I didn't. I printed these questionnaires out for Olivia to answer about me and her grandmas and they were pretty funny. I only got a picture of mine but they all gave me a good laugh.<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-yCAfw6J-XFM/T9o8PNjIzbI/AAAAAAAACbw/sOCA_Nv06GI/s1600/IMG_0650.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-yCAfw6J-XFM/T9o8PNjIzbI/AAAAAAAACbw/sOCA_Nv06GI/s320/IMG_0650.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>

</div>
Last month my mom received the Teacher Feature Award from KSL. Her good friend and co-worker nominated her for it. She wrote this sweet letter about my mom and it couldn't be anymore true. My mom is the most giving and loving person I know and she is always looking out for others and giving her own time and energy to them. I know she is a wonderful teacher that really cares for her students and wants them to achieve great things. I Love my MOM and I'm so proud of her!<br />

Olivia</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Where do I even start with this ever growing girl of mine. She is becoming more independent each day. I wish I was better at updating my blog so that I could write down all the funny, smart, sassy and loving things she says. I forget them way to fast. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Livy loves spending time with Daddy all by herself. TJ took her golfing with him a little bit ago and she had a blast riding in the cart and trying to swing the club at the ball. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Livy is still somewhat timid when it comes to certain things but give her enough time and she will warm up. She loves saying hi to anyone that passes by our house but the second someone says hi to her first she shies away. Olivia has developed quiet the imagination lately and loves playing pretend house, horses, princesses, animals. She names all her stuffed animals which she always has one with her. I'm not sure where some of the names come from but they are pretty comical</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
{Jojo the riding horse, sparkly the gray bunny, minka the brown bunny, Mikayla the white horse}</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
She tries so hard to play with Amelia and most the time they play well but when Amelia doesn't want to play or play by the rules she gets frustrated and ends up making Amelia cry. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Livy visited the Dentist for the first time and was timid at first but our Dentist Dr. Call {My brother} did an amazing job with her! He explained all the tools in kid language and was really nice and positive. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Olivia loves:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Horses</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
{pretend and real}</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
{she rode a real horse for the very first time a few weeks ago while at the animal petting fair in Farmington. Then she rode again at Great Grandpa Tom's. I wasn't able to be there either time which makes me sad. I was told she did wonderful. The picture below is of her with her GG Tom on his horse. I love the picture!}</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Stuffed animals</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
{the Easter bunny brought her a bug catching kit in her basket and since then she has loved catching bugs. At first she wanted me to get them all for her because she was afraid but now she has gotten past that will pick up her own bugs}</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Jumping on the trampoline</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Driving her jeep</div>

Millie...</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Oh how this little girl melts my heart! She has the happiest smile that lights up a room. She has been developing so much lately and getting so big. She had her molars come in and was not a happy baby for quiet a while and I thought it would end but it hasn't. She has continued to cry and scream a lot more than she ever has. It has become her way of communicating with us. She will scream when she wants something or someone, gets hurt or gets her feelings hurt etc. I still love her to death but she needs to learn some words so she can stop this madness. Amelia and Olivia couldn't be any more different. Amelia gets her feelings hurt very easily and is very sensitive to things. She will still sit in my lap or let me cuddle her and lay her head on my shoulder. Lately Amelia will not let me leave the room without her. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
We have been really enjoying the warm weather that April and May have given us and it has been really fun to see Amelia experience everything outdoors. She will go up to the back door and cry to go outside. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The week after Easter Amelia got pink eye and the poor thing couldn't get rid of it. We had to put her on the strongest eye drops for 7 days after already having an antibiotic of it. Her right eye was so swollen for a few days. {picture below} And of course Olivia shortly after go pink eye. We were on house arrest for over a week with sick girls.</div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">We had a wonderful Easter day and weekend. We decorated eggs at the Amos house with all our friends. Olivia loved coloring on the eggs and wanted to use the same color for every egg. On Saturday we headed over to Grandma Kay's place where they had the Easter Bunny...As you can tell Olivia was not a fan of him. Rylee on the other hand was more than happy to stand and smile. After that we headed to Grandma & Papa Calls house for decorating sugar cookies and an egg hunt. There are quite a few grand kids and they range from 21- 9 months so when we get together it is CRAZY! We had the little ones go out first and find some eggs and then let the older ones go out. Olivia had so much fun this year being that it was the first year she understood what was going on and actually got to do it. Last year she had just had her tonsils out and wasn't able to be involved in the festivities. After Grandma's and Papa's we headed to G- Grandpa Tom & G-Grandma AK for dinner and a scavenger hunt. We had lots of fun finding eggs, candy and beach towels. Amelia got a big pink ball and was in love with it.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Easter morning came early and we had church so the Easter Bunny came while we were gone and hid our eggs and brought our baskets. The girls got some fun little things in their baskets. Of course as it always is, I could get a decent picture of all of us or for that matter the girls either. I'm so grateful for our Saviour and his sacrifices. I'm truly blessed to be a member of the LDS church and to have a strong testimony of the truthfulness of it. <a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Yu9NP4Tvzi0/T6lfUOf0FhI/AAAAAAAACSU/QXKmzDMb9Ko/s1600/IMG_0655.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Yu9NP4Tvzi0/T6lfUOf0FhI/AAAAAAAACSU/QXKmzDMb9Ko/s320/IMG_0655.JPG" width="320" /></a></span></div>

Not a whole lot really... Just the usual stuff like laundry, dishes, cleaning, etc. I love being a mom & wife and taking care of the girls and </span><span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" style="font-size: 100%; ">TJ</span><span style="font-size: 100%; "> but I need a break everyday:) </span><span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" style="font-size: 100%; ">Although</span><span style="font-size: 100%; "> that break comes before the little ones or even the big one wakes up, it's still a break. I LOVE going to the gym! Yes I'm there at 5:00 A.M. but it really is the only time that works for our family. I'm lucky enough to go with my workout girls Holly and Brittany. It makes it so much more fun with them, </span><span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" style="font-size: 100%; ">especially</span><span style="font-size: 100%; "> at five. I really enjoy running. I have found something that I'm passionate about and I think I'm fairly good at. I love running because it all depends on me no one else. I can run as fast or as slow as I want and it doesn't hurt a soul. I can challenge myself every time I set my foot on the tread mill or road. </span></div><div style="text-align: center;">Back in October I tried <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6">signing</span> up for the Ogden half marathon but it filled up within two hours! I was so sad. My old boss is on the Goal foundation and said that she could possibly get me a spot but that I would have to wait until march to see if I would get one. I really wanted to run a half <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7">Marathon</span> soon and so I signed up for the Salt Lake half. Well my boss got back to me a few weeks ago and guess what? I got a SPOT! I'm totally thrilled! Not only did she get me a spot, she got a spot for three of my sister's also. She totally rocks! So I will be running two half marathons four weeks apart. On top of getting me a spot to the half she gave me a free spot in the strider's circuit races. There are five races in a three month period 5K, 10K, 10 miler, half marathon, 18 miler. They hold the first three up in Ogden by the Dee Events Center. I have already run the first three and they were pretty hard. The 10 miler was brutal! It had never ending hills. I made it threw though! Well enough about running... I will post how the <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8">SLC</span> half goes. I have four weeks until then. I got a Sweet GPS watch for Valentine's day and I really enjoy it. I also recently got a new pair of shoes... I love all new running gear. I hardly buy any clothes unless they are for working out in.</div><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-x43dJilbFXo/T3EKeWQv0LI/AAAAAAAACOk/fYc8E1BHA3c/s1600/IMG_0634.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-x43dJilbFXo/T3EKeWQv0LI/AAAAAAAACOk/fYc8E1BHA3c/s400/IMG_0634.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5724368117852786866" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-WylGYAdr9Og/T3EKd9MIyWI/AAAAAAAACOY/sVLDq8lt9HU/s1600/IMG_0607.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-WylGYAdr9Og/T3EKd9MIyWI/AAAAAAAACOY/sVLDq8lt9HU/s400/IMG_0607.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5724368111122565474" /></a><br /></div>TJ & Hanna Robertshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05002415906943325039noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5830434585598585042.post-73031453348976058852012-03-21T10:26:00.004-07:002012-03-21T10:40:52.309-07:00LOVE DAY...We had a fun Valentine's Day... <div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>The kids made their own personal pizza</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>They painted their dad's a Valentine picture</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Ate Yummy treats</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>And the kids handed out their own Valentines to each other.</div><div>It was nice to have something fun to do for Valentine's day especially with those that you love... </div><div>This year I did the 14 days of Valentines for TJ. It was so much fun to plan and make things for it. I started late on making things and ran out of time but I think it came together quite well. We had lots of yummy cookies with a few different flavors of milk. I thought with all the sugar that we should counter it a bit with some veggies and PB & J sandwiches. Amelia loved her cake and I'm pretty sure she would have eaten a good portion of it if we hadn't taken it away from her. Thank you to all our family and friends for coming and supporting Amelia on her birthday! <a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-vgq-Vl3PuQY/T0_KIe8dIYI/AAAAAAAACNY/XTkWaxNSBjA/s1600/Scalloped%2BB2%2B3X3%2BFront-Back.jpg"><img style="display:block; New happenings...2012 has already brought some new changes to our household. TJ started a new job at the beginning of January. A great opportunity arose and he applied and got it! Change can sometimes be different and difficult but we knew that him taking the job was what was best for our family now and for the future. We are grateful for the opportunity and feel blessed to have it come at this time in our lives. Some differences that have come with the new job are... travel, yes TJ travels a few times a month but usually only two days at a time. He has already been able to visit Chicago and New York this month. He also has to travel to SLC which isn't that bad but considering that he only had to drive to west Kaysville it seems like a drive. He is excited about this new chapter in his life and couldn't be happier with how things are working out. <div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Not much has been going on with me this month.. I have been planning Amelia's party, it's been a lot of fun. I received a new calling in church this past month. I'm now the Young Women's secretary! I'm really excited about it and can't wait to get to know all the young women in our ward. We recently had our ward boundaries change which is a little bittersweet. We get to meet new people and build new relationships. We also changed buildings which is a little of an adjustment for me.<br /><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vrzwdwNVh1A/TymVS43CTBI/AAAAAAAACJU/7BS4yBJuv6k/s1600/IMG_0231.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vrzwdwNVh1A/TymVS43CTBI/AAAAAAAACJU/7BS4yBJuv6k/s400/IMG_0231.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5704254554774850578" /></a>Olivia~ Where to start with her... She is the sweetest little thing I could ask for and also the most stinkerish little thing. She is seriously growing before my eyes. <div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>She loves to ask questions, especially "Why" mommy? a gazillion times. I like that she is trying to learn and understand things that are being said and done around her.</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>She loves us to watch her. "mom watch, mom watch, mom WATCH!, MOM YOUR NOT WATCHING!" I have to be looking at her from the time she says watch until she is done and looking back at me. </div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>If you ask her what she is doing or what is she up to she'll say "anything mom" she hasn't quite grasped the word nothing yet.</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>She cries when it's time to go to primary on Sunday but loves it when she is there. After the first week of primary she started singing I am a Child of God. She loves the song and can sing the first verse all the way through by herself. </div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>She has this obsession of playing in the pack n play. She will put a bunch of toys in it and play even if Amelia is in there.</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>She loves to sing</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>When I tell her that a friend is coming over or we are going to grandma's her reply is always "tomorrow?" I can't believe that my little baby is almost one! She seriously melts my heart. <div>She is fully walking now and loves to follow Olivia everywhere now. </div><div>She has five teeth in and two more that will be breaking through soon.</div><div>She is a nightmare when teething. She is whinny and sick and not herself at all</div><div>She loves to dance to music</div><div>She gives kisses</div><div>She will still cuddle with me and lay her head on my shoulder</div><div>She doesn't know how to go down the stairs yet and that causes a lot of frustration for her</div><div>She is sleeping a million times better but is still in the basement room</div><div>She loves table food</div><div>She drinks mostly whole milk now</div><div>She has no fear of anyone. She'll go up to anyone and let them hold her and she just stares at them. </div><div>She doesn't like the shopping cart very much {you can't tell by this pic below}</div><div>She is seriously one of the happiest most smiley babies I know. </div><div>She makes the funniest face, she scrunches her nose up and squints her eyes. First with Olivia's friends and then with Grandma Call and cousins. She loves everything about making cookies. From rolling the dough out, using the cookie cutter, frosting the cookie and then eating them. I love that she is at the age of wanting to do fun little things that she enjoys. </div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-t4cieqMab0Y/TwNWNPsgkMI/AAAAAAAACB0/VGS7quq0hug/s1600/IMG_0512.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-t4cieqMab0Y/TwNWNPsgkMI/AAAAAAAACB0/VGS7quq0hug/s400/IMG_0512.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5693489139477942466" /></a><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3Iuw2p4MLjw/TwNWM6lcgpI/AAAAAAAACBo/cyMrfQbAwb0/s1600/IMG_0511.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3Iuw2p4MLjw/TwNWM6lcgpI/AAAAAAAACBo/cyMrfQbAwb0/s400/IMG_0511.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5693489133811171986" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;">Olivia helped make her very first gingerbread house! Since T.J.'s parents moved up north again we are able to alternate holidays a little more easily. We had a wonderful meal! My mom made these cute cake balls that are little Turkeys for the kid's table. We had way to much to eat and had a great time with all the company. Amelia loved the food as well and all Olivia wanted to eat was the deserts. I know it's past Thanksgiving but I'm Thankful for all my family (including T.J.'s family) We are truly blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives that love, support, encourage , and set a great example for us. My girls are so lucky to have grandparents that are around to love them and spoil them. I'm grateful for T.J. and his friendship, love, support and patience with me. I couldn't get through life without him and his example. I've been blessed with wonderful, healthy, and beautiful girls that brighten my day. They absolutely melt my heart.</div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Jt2Y5rkA9lE/TwNN9SwQOrI/AAAAAAAACAg/GfiqvWuIIdU/s1600/IMG_0488.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Jt2Y5rkA9lE/TwNN9SwQOrI/AAAAAAAACAg/GfiqvWuIIdU/s400/IMG_0488.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5693480069328026290" /></a><br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-plnjYycCAMc/TwNN8clzuQI/AAAAAAAACAU/lpE6LmoDxYc/s1600/IMG_0489.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-plnjYycCAMc/TwNN8clzuQI/AAAAAAAACAU/lpE6LmoDxYc/s400/IMG_0489.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5693480054788700418" /></a><br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-fVuPSli_T3A/TwNN8OeA4ZI/AAAAAAAACAI/d47_f3o-iwg/s1600/IMG_0491.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-fVuPSli_T3A/TwNN8OeA4ZI/AAAAAAAACAI/d47_f3o-iwg/s400/IMG_0491.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5693480050997911954" /></a>TJ & Hanna Robertshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05002415906943325039noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5830434585598585042.post-72057076430239658922012-01-03T10:33:00.000-08:002012-01-03T10:49:09.967-08:00Viva LAS VEGAS!<div style="text-align: center;">We headed down to Vegas at the beginning of November with our friends and no kids! We stayed at Caesar's Palace thanks to our friend's dad. It was nice to get away for a weekend and spend time with the hubby but I don't see myself going to Vegas anytime soon. Well I'll be back to visit my sister and her family but not the strip. The weather was unusually cold and rainy while there which was kinda a bummer. We did get some good shopping in and the boys had fun golfing and of course I ate way to much! I didn't take my camera with me and left all the picture taking up to my sister Audrey and so I don't have any pictures from the trip yet besides a few. </div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xfx2Y8Giy5Y/TwNLMWvfRXI/AAAAAAAAB_8/ETDkNL6E-xg/s1600/las-vegas-city-4.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xfx2Y8Giy5Y/TwNLMWvfRXI/AAAAAAAAB_8/ETDkNL6E-xg/s400/las-vegas-city-4.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5693477029561714034" /></a><br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-idAw0jHZFFI/TwNLMYTr-YI/AAAAAAAAB_w/eNhJzKQgTnU/s1600/vegas.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 285px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-idAw0jHZFFI/TwNLMYTr-YI/AAAAAAAAB_w/eNhJzKQgTnU/s400/vegas.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5693477029981976962" /></a><br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TMbDM7RWZUE/TwNLLOV6hHI/AAAAAAAAB_o/2F7b2DFxef8/s1600/025.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 224px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TMbDM7RWZUE/TwNLLOV6hHI/AAAAAAAAB_o/2F7b2DFxef8/s400/025.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5693477010127094898" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-EKD5--COgCg/TwNLK_ZKFiI/AAAAAAAAB_Y/l04dsXP4j_Q/s1600/IMG_0457.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-EKD5--COgCg/TwNLK_ZKFiI/AAAAAAAAB_Y/l04dsXP4j_Q/s400/IMG_0457.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5693477006114166306" /></a>TJ & Hanna Robertshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05002415906943325039noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5830434585598585042.post-89109194865931135282011-11-14T12:31:00.000-08:002011-11-14T13:06:13.697-08:00Catch up...<div style="text-align: center; ">Besides Halloween in October we had a few other things that went on. </div><div style="text-align: center; ">1. CraZy! </div><div style="text-align: center; ">She is getting so big and mobile. </div><div style="text-align: center; ">She loves her little blanket and likes to carry it around with her. </div><div style="text-align: center; ">She is standing all by herself.</div><div style="text-align: center; ">She still isn't sleeping through the night.</div><div style="text-align: center; ">She has two more teeth coming in</div><div style="text-align: center; ">She is still the happiest little thing during the day</div><div style="text-align: center; ">She doesn't have any type of anxiety to strangers</div><div style="text-align: center; ">We took her to her 9 month check up on Halloween and here are her stats</div><div style="text-align: center; ">Weight 18.4 ~ 39%</div><div style="text-align: center; ">Height 28 ~ 66%</div><div style="text-align: center; ">Head cir 17 ~ 26%</div><div style="text-align: center; ">Amelia has a little bit of a mishapped head and so when we were at the Dr's I asked him what he thought and so he took a look at it and said it looked a little off and that he would refer me to a place that does the helmets . Besides her head being mishapped I noticed that her head is slightly tilted to the left. He told me that she has Torticollis and that I needed to take her to a physical therapist. I have never even heard of this before. I called the primary children's in Ogden and we went in. They did some exercises with her and then some tests. They measured her head and at this point being that she is older, there isn't anything to do to fix it. It pretty much is the way it's going to be. Thanks goodness she is a girl and it will probably not be noticeable. It wasn't that bad anyways that they were really concerned for her health mostly just cosmetic. As for her neck shedoesn't have as much strength in her left side of her neck as she does in her right, so she leans her head to the left. Her case of Torticollis is a mild case but the fact that she is 9 months means that it is going to be a lot harder to fix and we are going to have to do it in a shorter amount of time. I have to do three different stretches with her four times a day at two minutes a piece. It doesn't seem like a lot and it isn't but the poor thing doesn't like it at all and it is hard due to her size and mobility. When it is found in newborns it is easier to correct. So hopefully within 3-5 months she will be Toritcollis free. </div><div style="text-align: center; ">A few other things that happen this month was my little sister came to Utah as a surprise to us. It was fun to see her and adorable Will. We didn't see them a ton but when we did it was really nice. </div><div style="text-align: center; ">My dad was released from being a bishop this month and it was a really special time for our family. He was such a great bishop and I saw him grow in so many ways over the years. It was a bittersweet moment for him and my mom. </div><div style="text-align: center; ">While I'm on the topic of being released from a calling I was released from Relief Society at the end of this month. I knew it was coming and yet it was a lot harder than I though it would be. I was pretty emotional about it that day and for a good week after. It is hard to be so involved and then suddenly not being. I miss the sisters that I served with and also the sisters that I was able to serve. My testimony grew in large amounts over the years while in my calling and I gained an understanding of humility and love. I'm thankful that my Heavenly Father gave me the opportunity to serve in the Relief Society. </div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Ah8S455JJA4/TsGBcyYmylI/AAAAAAAAB-o/HAa5Py5iW1w/s1600/Untitled-3.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 277px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Ah8S455JJA4/TsGBcyYmylI/AAAAAAAAB-o/HAa5Py5iW1w/s400/Untitled-3.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5674959337024834130" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bEIh6xAkCMA/TsGBW-lsw-I/AAAAAAAAB-c/1bSCJLnt8NE/s1600/Untitled-1.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 277px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bEIh6xAkCMA/TsGBW-lsw-I/AAAAAAAAB-c/1bSCJLnt8NE/s400/Untitled-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5674959237221762018" /></a><br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kab_jGA663E/TsGBO1jP_II/AAAAAAAAB-Q/Q6fNQgCEKoo/s1600/IMG_0442.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kab_jGA663E/TsGBO1jP_II/AAAAAAAAB-Q/Q6fNQgCEKoo/s400/IMG_0442.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5674959097356614786" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-m5V6h7QF9KM/TsGA_i8FjDI/AAAAAAAAB-E/yqQU2ajqcR0/s1600/IMG_0401.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-m5V6h7QF9KM/TsGA_i8FjDI/AAAAAAAAB-E/yqQU2ajqcR0/s400/IMG_0401.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5674958834662476850" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div>TJ & Hanna Robertshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05002415906943325039noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5830434585598585042.post-79854304308492083372011-11-14T10:31:00.000-08:002011-11-14T12:30:45.188-08:00Fall Fun...<div style="text-align: center;">We had a wonderful fall.. we went on a hay ride to the pumpkin patch and picked out our own pumpkins. We then painted them and Olivia had a blast at it! She wanted to painted all the pumpkins that we had. We then did caramel apples at our friends house one night. Olivia wanted to get as much candy on hers as possible and then only wanted to pick the candy off and eat it.</div><div style="text-align: center;">We had fun decorating cookies at the Lloyd's house a few days before Halloween and we probably at way to many. They were really good sugar cookies! Thanks Jaimee!</div><div style="text-align: center;">My grandpa Baker's birthday is on October 29Th and so we had a Halloween birthday bash for him. He turned 90 years old! He is such a funny and sweet grandpa and we're so lucky to have him in our lives. </div><div style="text-align: center;">Olivia dresses up as Little Red Ridding Hood and TJ was the bad wolf! They were so cute together. My little miss Amelia was a little chicken. We visited both set of grandparents on Halloween and had so yummy food. We went to a Trunk or Treat up by my brother's house and went around the neighborhood at my mom and dad's. We had a ton of fun and of course Olivia didn't want to take her costume off and then wanted to wear it everyday following Halloween. It was a great Halloween and it was fun to have Olivia understand it more this year.</div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-4lefxDcfYmQ/TsFyR0z-shI/AAAAAAAAB9g/h-8GzXYXbBI/s1600/10.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; I love the weather and of course because it is my birthday! This September flew by and I have no idea where it went. <div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Amelia is now 8 months old and getting so wiggly. She started getting on her hands and knees and the beginning of the month and by the end she is crawling like crazy! She also has started standing up to almost anything that will hold her weight. Before she started crawling she had this little pose that she is famous for. She would lay on her side and prop herself up with her arm. It was so cute! She also had the rolling down pretty good enough to where she would roll and nothing would touch except her belly. She had her first ride in the shopping cart and she loved it! About two weeks into September She started to wake up a lot during the night. She would wake up screaming and there was nothing we could do to make her stop. She didn't want you to hold her or put her down. As the month went on and she still wasn't sleeping we all got more concerned for her. I took her into the Dr. and there was nothing wrong.He thinks that she was having night terrors. The bad thing about that is that there isn't anything we can do for her. We tried teething gel for her teeth, prescription for acid reflux, a blessing, feeding her solids right before bed, music in her room. Nothing has worked. I think we are all feeling the effects of the lack of sleep. I wish there was something that we could do to help her sleep. </div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Even though she isn't sleeping and she is aging me quicker than I would like with the lack of sleep. I love her to death! She is such a sweet little baby that loves everyone and is happy during the day. She always lights up when she sees someone. When I or TJ come home she will crawl as fast as she can to us. She loves to eat, especially solids not so much her bottle anymore. She also loves her hands and in every picture they are in her mouth.<br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-4EOzkA3aVbI/Tqm6v9Xqi5I/AAAAAAAAB38/m0BZdpKQdOc/s1600/5sep.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 267px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-4EOzkA3aVbI/Tqm6v9Xqi5I/AAAAAAAAB38/m0BZdpKQdOc/s400/5sep.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668266939112917906" /></a><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-nRHElSVbvLM/Tqm6Lc0cf_I/AAAAAAAAB3w/H3n_sP7SyvU/s1600/Untitled-1.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-nRHElSVbvLM/Tqm6Lc0cf_I/AAAAAAAAB3w/H3n_sP7SyvU/s400/Untitled-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668266311899971570" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-dxmRbUnxoaM/Tqm6FTy2AOI/AAAAAAAAB3k/k1_SNsgiseY/s1600/Untitled-2.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 114px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-dxmRbUnxoaM/Tqm6FTy2AOI/AAAAAAAAB3k/k1_SNsgiseY/s400/Untitled-2.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668266206398120162" /></a>Olivia is growing before my eyes! I can't believe how much she is maturing and becoming more independent. Lately however she has found enjoyment in hurting her little sister. She will push her or put a blanket over her or take her binky away. Anything that will make Amelia cry she will do. On the other hand she can be the nicest and loving sister. Oh the joys of having a sister! She will not look at the camera when I'm taking her picture. So every picture of her she is looking away.<br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Z6Y10BP9Jmg/Tqm53qzQv2I/AAAAAAAAB3Y/D8G-HDlnc7o/s1600/1.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 267px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Z6Y10BP9Jmg/Tqm53qzQv2I/AAAAAAAAB3Y/D8G-HDlnc7o/s400/1.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668265972055719778" /></a>My little sister Abby had her little baby boy Will in August and so I headed down to Las Vegas with my parents and Amelia. It was so fun to see her house and the beautiful little guy. Amelia did great on the trip down hardly a peep but the way back she knew what was coming and she didn't like it. She cried pretty much the whole way home. I also celebrated my 27Th birthday in September which is crazy. I feel like I'm getting old! Not fun! I had a great day though which always makes it better. I got to get a massage, I went shopping and had a yummy BBQ with my family.</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>So about a month ago my IT band started hurting from running and while in Vegas I went running and only made it 5 1/2 miles because my leg was killing me! I had registered for the Layton Half in October but there was no way I could run it. It's frustrating!<br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TFO4jHU68hA/Tqm5Q8D6kVI/AAAAAAAAB3M/e7cZDAAqi24/s1600/122.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 267px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TFO4jHU68hA/Tqm5Q8D6kVI/AAAAAAAAB3M/e7cZDAAqi24/s400/122.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668265306674073938" /></a>We went with the Powell's down to Harvest Moon in Ogden on 25th st. and had a blast with all the fun kid activities that they had. Olivia and her cousins are only two weeks apart and they all have an obsession with horses! They wanted to sit on every horse they saw. Olivia loved the real horse they had there. She enjoyed the train ride and had the tumble bus. It was hard to get her to leave.<br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-GAihsMFugl0/Tqm3Soou7nI/AAAAAAAAB28/8frHA8jsAMQ/s1600/olivia%2Bhorse.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-GAihsMFugl0/Tqm3Soou7nI/AAAAAAAAB28/8frHA8jsAMQ/s400/olivia%2Bhorse.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668263136796274290" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-upbqkvAZJtk/Tqm3SvLJQVI/AAAAAAAAB20/iTAKE6Q8T_I/s1600/IMG_0389.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-upbqkvAZJtk/Tqm3SvLJQVI/AAAAAAAAB20/iTAKE6Q8T_I/s400/IMG_0389.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668263138551218514" /></a>We went for a walk to the Jensen nature park and Olivia was in love with the horses that are in the fields.<br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZRO1zL5QkCE/TqmofKzvAcI/AAAAAAAAB2o/ujrK0VfJtCo/s1600/17.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 267px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZRO1zL5QkCE/TqmofKzvAcI/AAAAAAAAB2o/ujrK0VfJtCo/s400/17.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668246859453235650" /></a><br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-09C3tVqZnsw/TqmnAgny9nI/AAAAAAAAB2c/LeqRoppew_Q/s1600/16.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 267px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-09C3tVqZnsw/TqmnAgny9nI/AAAAAAAAB2c/LeqRoppew_Q/s400/16.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668245233221170802" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-X-4G9iQVdiI/TqmmDwYsQ9I/AAAAAAAAB2Q/ZC1hC4wy128/s1600/10.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 267px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-X-4G9iQVdiI/TqmmDwYsQ9I/AAAAAAAAB2Q/ZC1hC4wy128/s400/10.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668244189480764370" /></a><br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jbmHg5HXOj4/TqmkReIPcmI/AAAAAAAAB2E/W3hWevUUJPU/s1600/2.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 267px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jbmHg5HXOj4/TqmkReIPcmI/AAAAAAAAB2E/W3hWevUUJPU/s400/2.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668242226074841698" /></a><br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kk4_tfNfMJs/TqmjqfHxl9I/AAAAAAAAB14/0RSHQifh8dI/s1600/5.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 267px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kk4_tfNfMJs/TqmjqfHxl9I/AAAAAAAAB14/0RSHQifh8dI/s400/5.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5668241556326422482" /></a>TJ's little brother Josh married his beautiful Fiance Abby at the end of September. I have a hard time sitting down and updating it when life is so busy. So here is a what happened in August for us. Unfortunately I put the pictures on in the wrong order and it doesn't let you rearrange them and I wasn't about to start over so sorry if it's confusing.<div>Amelia~</div><div>She is growing ever so much. She is 7 months and is at the stage that is the easiest for me. She plays with toys and doesn't move a whole lot yet. No crawling or sitting just rolling. She is a very happy and content baby. She will go to anyone and loves to play with Olivia. She found her toes and thinks they are pretty yummy. Now this doesn't seem like a milestone for a baby but for my baby it is. Olivia was so not flexible that didn't have a chance of eating her toes. TJ and I are not flexible at all and so are children are doomed in that area. ha ha Amelia loves to eat! She however has not grasped the idea of eating anything with texture to it. She gags on anything that isn't baby food.<br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-iLcdhvced0w/To3mbJErPTI/AAAAAAAAB1k/drW-y2MF5fg/s1600/34.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 267px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-iLcdhvced0w/To3mbJErPTI/AAAAAAAAB1k/drW-y2MF5fg/s400/34.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660433660640967986" /></a><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-OlZuMwAX-hk/To3ma_fCVcI/AAAAAAAAB1c/99lQsDBFYvg/s1600/IMG_0364.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-OlZuMwAX-hk/To3ma_fCVcI/AAAAAAAAB1c/99lQsDBFYvg/s400/IMG_0364.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660433658067178946" /></a><br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-5RMoVrsat8M/To3l0I0In8I/AAAAAAAAB1U/g6jHV2pYuHk/s1600/IMG_0306.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-5RMoVrsat8M/To3l0I0In8I/AAAAAAAAB1U/g6jHV2pYuHk/s400/IMG_0306.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660432990556692418" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fLzGy5VmOzg/To3lz6OIMAI/AAAAAAAAB1M/aG8U9DbOreg/s1600/IMG_0286.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fLzGy5VmOzg/To3lz6OIMAI/AAAAAAAAB1M/aG8U9DbOreg/s400/IMG_0286.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660432986639183874" /></a>Olivia~</div><div>Well the day finally came!! Olivia decided that going on the potty was way more fun then wearing diapers! SHE IS FINALLY POTTY TRAINED!! I had nightmares that this day would never come. There could be a few reasons it finally worked but I'm pretty sure why. I bought her a princess potty that was just hers and it made music when you flushed it. I got her treats for after she went to the bathroom, and I had her put clothes while in her undies instead of being naked and the first time she peed it bothered her a lot. Also we made it a big deal when she would go. Scream yay! clap ours hands or give a thumbs up( this was her idea)So it could be any of those reasons that she started going potty but knowing my Livy it was her decision. When she doesn't want to do something she wont and if she does she will. She is very stubborn and strong willed. I honestly think she decided that she wanted to and so she finally did. She had the first pee accident that morning we started and none since. She had a few poop accidents but she was sick and didn't understand that type of feeling and rushing to the bathroom. I'm so happy that it is over with and that she is a big girl going in the potty. I feel so much relief!</div><div>Olivia is into two things</div><div>1. Horses and ponies</div><div>2. Dresses</div><div>She would wear a dress every day and every night if she could and it would probably be the same purple dress. I love this about her. She also has to have a horse near her or in a hand at all times. She probably has 3o horses of all different sizes and colors. She makes a jungle as she calls it and lines up all her horses along with some of their friends which are different animals. She loves doing this and gets excited to show me or TJ what she had done.</div><div>She also of course loves to watch TV and some of her favorite shows now are Blues Clues, Yo Gaba Gaba, Horseland and Curious George.<br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-kofQoV-QuXc/To3lHKj4LUI/AAAAAAAAB1E/COmvOr84kKg/s1600/78.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 267px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-kofQoV-QuXc/To3lHKj4LUI/AAAAAAAAB1E/COmvOr84kKg/s400/78.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660432217931263298" /></a><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-E_5JlAUymME/To3lGcLYA4I/AAAAAAAAB08/ql6zhTtpD_Y/s1600/20.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 267px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-E_5JlAUymME/To3lGcLYA4I/AAAAAAAAB08/ql6zhTtpD_Y/s400/20.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660432205480461186" /></a>We celebrated TJ's 28Th birthday in the month of August! We had some yummy all you can eat pasta at Olive Garden and played some mini golf. Our wonderful friends the Amos' came along and enjoyed the evening with us. This was Olivia's first time playing mini golf. She threw she ball into the water twice and had no desire to hit the ball from the right spot. It was fun to watch her a Trae have fun with it. And to top the night off we went home and had some delicious homemade ice cream cake. TJ's favorite!<br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nR2G9Wh3yyI/To3kIE3WYnI/AAAAAAAAB00/Xk_QdktnSKk/s1600/IMG_0315.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nR2G9Wh3yyI/To3kIE3WYnI/AAAAAAAAB00/Xk_QdktnSKk/s400/IMG_0315.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660431134070563442" /></a><br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mbACgSbKaS0/To3kHoAiDnI/AAAAAAAAB0s/VahHObaW-9A/s1600/IMG_0319.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mbACgSbKaS0/To3kHoAiDnI/AAAAAAAAB0s/VahHObaW-9A/s400/IMG_0319.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660431126324448882" /></a><br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-i2D4OMYh5Sk/To3kHfPFgSI/AAAAAAAAB0k/e0w4o9DkzAc/s1600/IMG_0323.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-i2D4OMYh5Sk/To3kHfPFgSI/AAAAAAAAB0k/e0w4o9DkzAc/s400/IMG_0323.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660431123969573154" /></a><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sl5eVPea0AQ/To3jYMSRKbI/AAAAAAAAB0c/LobQVpcJ9nY/s1600/IMG_0303.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sl5eVPea0AQ/To3jYMSRKbI/AAAAAAAAB0c/LobQVpcJ9nY/s400/IMG_0303.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660430311428794802" /></a><br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CK1Ou_ly4A4/To3droSIoyI/AAAAAAAAB0U/oKyMRoRGIeA/s1600/IMG_0327.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CK1Ou_ly4A4/To3droSIoyI/AAAAAAAAB0U/oKyMRoRGIeA/s400/IMG_0327.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660424048292176674" /></a><br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CtqG3qWm-GE/To3drSWFWuI/AAAAAAAAB0M/aaKAgeFiuUo/s1600/IMG_0329.jpg" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CtqG3qWm-GE/To3drSWFWuI/AAAAAAAAB0M/aaKAgeFiuUo/s400/IMG_0329.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5660424042403158754" /></a><br />The beginning of August TJ was released from his calling as the Gospel Doctrine teacher and was called to be the Stake Young Men's President. First and foremost I feel like the worst mom alive!! I should be more prepared to handle a situation like this. I now think that hospitals should give you a crash coarse on CPR and the Heimlich before they let you go home with the baby. <div>So here is the story...</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Monday afternoon the girls and I were in the office downstairs. I was on the computer and the girls were playing in Olivia's princess tent right next to me. I was under the assumption that they didn't have any toys. I checked on them a few times and about 2 minutes later I heard Amelia gagging. I opened the tent and her face was purple! I immediately picked her up and looked for something in her mouth. There wasn't anything there. She then threw up and still nothing came out. I picked up my phone and dialed 911 because I was so panicked stricken that I had to get help. I put my finger in her mouth to check if it had come up but nothing. Then my finger brushed up against something hard and a little sharp down in her throat. I then knew it was a piece to a frame from Ikea that you hang it with. She wasn't purple anymore but she was in so much pain. She kept throwing up and trying to cry. The Sheriff arrived and I ran to meet him on the front lawn and he quickly turned her upside down and hit her back a few times and it finally shot out of her mouth. I felt so helpless. They checked her oxygen levels and they were fine and she didn't have any serious bleeding so they told me to take her into the Dr's. to get her checked out. I think all three of us were traumatized from this experience but it made me realize how I need to be more prepared and alert. Olivia felt bad about it and I'm hoping that it has made it so she wont give her things anymore. Crossing my fingers. I'm just so glad that everything is okay and that nothing serious happen to her.</div>TJ & Hanna Robertshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05002415906943325039noreply@blogger.com2
