A blog worth reading

The last few days I have been reading some blogs and several of them mentioned a blog about a little girl named Gracie. I don't know this family but I do know they have a wonderful and strong perspective on life. Their daughter was born with Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) and now has passed away recently. I read this blog and realized how strong they are for having such a difficult trial. The entire time I read it tears were pouring out. I asked myself would I be able to look at life with such a positive attitude? I hope I would, but I also know I would need my family and friends to help. Just take a look at this blog and read the wonderful stories of this loved little baby. www.thegledhillfamily.blogspot.com

New Sleeping Position

I put Olivia down for her nap and for some reason she wouldn't go to sleep. she just kept on crying for about 20 minutes and then finally silence. I heard her snoring and went in to see her and this is how I found her. Could she look anymore uncomfortable? I would have moved her but it would for sure have woken her up and believe me I needed her to sleep.

Here she comes

Well I know I just posted about Olivia but I had tell everyone that she is CRAWLING!!!! She has figured it out and now knows how to get to what she wants and she gets there pretty darn fast. Life just got a little more interesting. It is so exciting to watch your baby learn new things and to figure it out on their own. I would put a video of her crawling but I can't figure it out.

And Time Goes On

I know that I always say this but I know everyone feels the same way. She is growing way to fast! The last few weeks she has become more mobile and her personality is just bursting out. She is still smiling like crazy at everyone, unless she has never met you and then she'll just stare.I can no longer leave her in a room by herself for more than 10 seconds or else she is in to something. She isn't crawling like a prow yet but give it a week or less and she'll be everywhere real fast. I cant believe how much she has changed, she makes new sounds and her attitude is so funny. She was able to spend a week with T.J.'s parents while we were in Mexico and I know they had so much fun with her but after eight days without my baby I was ready to hug and kiss her . When she first saw me she kind of gave me a look of
I know who you are, where have you been? Tears came to my eyes and my heart melted. It's amazing how something so little can hold your heart. to get Olivia out of bed and this is what I found, She had her feet hanging out of the slats.

She was still somewhat asleep when i went in there

then she saw me and the smile came out
So I put her in her crib and she didn't want to be in it and so this is what she learned to do

That night the mattress was moved down.

Mexican Cruise!!

Okay so heads up there are a lot of pictures on this post.
We had such a blast last week on our cruise to Mexico. It was really fun to spend so much time with my hubby and my family(unfortunately not all of them). We did a lot of fun things over the week on and off the boat.
Safety comes first!

Before the boat would sail off we had the usual safety training.
There were so many fun things to do on the boat while at sea. The boys had a ton of fun with all of them, there was basketball, mini golf, rock climbing, ice skating, ping pong and so many more.
We as in the girls did a lot of sun bathing. I love the sun especially when it's warm outside, the weather was perfect all week until the last day.

This is Puerto Vallarta, we went to the mountains and did 10 different zip lines. I was really scared to do them but it turned out to be really fun, it was really beautiful up there. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of any of us doing it bc cameras weren't recommended, there was no way to carry it while on the zip line.Audrey, Amanda, Me and EmilyThe beach in Puerto vallartaThese two gentlemen were our waiters and they were so friendly and funny. We had a blast with them every night at dinner. The one on the right is Milton the head waiter he is from Jamaica and then there is Alfred who was the assistant waiter and he is from India. They were really fun and Alfred had a trick or puzzle from toothpicks for us every night. This was the last full day on the cruise and by the lack of people you can tell the weather wasn't the best. It was freezing and very windy. Normally it was filled with people by 9:00 a.m.These are my wonderful parents! I am so happy they came with us, we had a blast with them! This is the whole bunch the night before we got off.
